Healthy Eating Programs

Diet is often a very difficult part of our habits to control. Busy lives and hectic schedules make it difficult to always eat a healthful, balanced diet. Our healthy eating program aims to assist employees in making healthy choices about their diet. A series of educational sessions on topics such as portion control, nutrition choices, or healthy eating in restaurants will be combined with an active daily eating logs to help employees recognize the parts of their diet that need improvement, as well as provide them with the knowledge and information to make the healthy changes that are needed.
