The ConnectiFIT principle is based on the followings:
- Accessibility : (both geographically and culturally)
- Adaptability: to individual needs and emphasize personal responsibility and empowerment
- Contribution to a positive Departmental culture and image
- Confidentiality
- Free of coercion: employees who choose not to participate in designated activities should not be coerced or made to feel that they are “letting down the team”
