Programs - Stair Climbing
Capital City Climb will be on-going program to increase physical activity among employees through stair climbing. The goal of the program is that each participant will climb the number of flights of stairs in Hartford 's 15 tallest buildings. The Capital City Climb's purpose is:
Capital City Climb will make it easy for anyone to add physical activity into their daily schedule. Stairs are a convenient method of exercise that participants can access at any time and climb at their own pace.
