Natioal Park Exploration Walking Program

Track how many steps you take at work and improve upon adding steps to your day gradually to meet your health and wellness goals. A guided walk by ConnectiFIT Health Educators will get you started with walking at work during the lunch hours. We encourage you to walk with other fellow co-workers on a regular basis. Let the Guided Walk be an opportunity to find other participants with similar schedules whom you make walk with regularly. "Buddy-Systems" are a great way to stay on track with your wellness goals!

Use the chart below to see how many steps and calories you can burn on local trails. Try a trail a week and each week add go a little longer than the first. Click on the trail name for more details about the Connecticut trail.
