Current guidelines suggest that we should participate in 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise, most days of the week. A great and convenient way to fit in this exercise is by taking a brisk walk.
ConnectiFIT will help employees interested in increasing their physical activity through walking by offering organized walks during the lunch hour. There will be walks of varying distances and paces to suit the needs of all participants. Times and distances of walks will be determined by employee interest.
