A common complaint among employees working at desks or computers is back, neck, or wrist pain. These ailments can often be corrected by changing the way you sit at your desk or position your workstation. We will be offering educational information on proper workstation ergonomics, as well as active demonstrations on proper posture and stretching techniques to alleviate tension and improve your positioning.
