ConnectiFIT Healthy Living Seminars

ConnectiFIT healthy living seminars are held monthly, to increase employees' knowledge of health risks, nutrition, physical activity, and other topics. Specific topic areas to be covered during the sessions will be determined by employee interest through the ConnectiFIT needs assessment survey. The sessions will be approximately 30 minutes long, and will be held during lunch breaks. The goal of these sessions is to educate participants about the importance of their own health, and provide them with ways to protect and improve it.
