A. Fitness Yoga

“Yoga is believed to be a 5,000 year old philosophy created to prepare the body for meditation”; however recently this form of exercise has become widely accepted and instructed in a variety of health, fitness and wellness centers across the country. The activity is easily modified to accommodate to all fitness levels and degrees of experience. Also, “Yoga's current status reflects the growing interest in the mind-body connection and has immense value as a viable fitness choice”.
