National Nutrition Month

Did you know: One serving size is equivalent to 1 slice of bread, a ½ cup of cooked rice or noodles and 3 ounces of cooked lean meat, poultry, and fish.
Action Step of the Month: Often we are unaware of what constitutes a serving size of the foods we consume. Unfortunately, this often leads an individual to over consume certain foods. To find out additional information on serving sizes and what we can do to make healthier choices (click here).
